This place is amazing! They offer the best coffee in Hout Bay, delicious treats for both me and my dog and shower the best attitude to their customers. The barista is so friendly and pleasant to talk with. One thing that I got fascinated by this place. They have the most affordable and delicious coffee in town. If you’re up for a fresh place with beautiful ocean view then this is a must-visit! I will definitely be back again! #coffee_for_a_cause

I love this spot BUT WHY are you serving coffee in take away cups to customers that are sitting down? I thought the whole concept was to save the ocean / reduce waste? PLEASE! We have to break this ridiculous ‘take away’ coffee culture! Especially when customers are sitting down anyway! Make people ASK is they want a take away cup, and charge them for it. Don’t just automatically serve in take away cups.*In response to the below reply - with all respect I have not heard anyone specifically being offered the choice, or the R2 cost being mentioned. I actually wrote this reviews because I was served coffee in a take away cup event though I specifically asked for a normal ‘sit down’ cup. I’m trying to point out that the servers automatically serve in paper cups, no options are given, and no R2 up-charge mentioned. Don’t get me wrong - I love your coffee, and the place, and I don’t want to get the staff in trouble. But we have to point out problems like this and work towards solutions, because your current system is not working.

Honestly... the best cup of coffee I have had to date. I absolutely love the fact that a portion of my purchase goes towards supporting the NPO, Sentinel Ocean Alliance. A caffeine kick and a feel good experience - right on the beach!! It doesn't get better...

This is a great little coffee shop right on the sea shore. The coffee was spectacular and the service was impeccable. I had the wonderful opportunity of working on my laptop with a great view right at my fingertips and one of the staff members even went so far as to set up an outside umbrella to accommodate me. Definitely a must see!
