Do not subscribe, a total disaster of a Wifi company. To start with, you will not receive the promised broadband and if you are lucky to get the promised Wifi speed, you will not receive a stable connection. I understand that I am not their only client, however priority needs to be given to each client as if it is their only client that’s if they care.On days that there is overcast, and windy weather expect not to have any internet connection. Wifi is very vital nowadays with remote working at its prime.I seldomly write negative reviews about any company more especially on such platforms, as I understand that this is based on my own opinion and experience, and it can have devastating effects on the business. However, I feel like I cannot let this one go. I believe in the support of black businesses of any statue. But the service we receive is very appalling, from calls not being answered or being rejected and when they are answered you are told the office is closed and you should call during business hours for a service that needs to be operational 24/7.On the early hours of Tuesday 11 Jan 2022, I noticed that I had missed my monthly subscription fee and quickly made payments. An hour or so later we got disconnected not sure if this was the reason. I made a call and made them aware of this issue, I literally had to call the gentlemen at the office every hour to follow up why we could not be reconnected with no luck. Their response was “warra oska fela pelo, we are working on it” We spend two days without internet access. What a complete disaster. Subscribe at your own risk!Regards a very dissatisfied customer.

Useless. I wanted to give them a try on one of my businesses, it took a day before I can get a response on their whatsapp and later on the person just stopped responding. Pathetic and disgusting that you advertise your services but you want to be begged as if you doing a favour!
