Excellent service!

We had extensive stormwater drainage issues on our property! We called in multiple contractors to come take a look and Francois spent almost an hour and half discussing the various possible solutions, where the others seemed uninterested in helping to find effective solutions. We ended up going with Malan Renovations because of the owners attention to and interest in our requirements and suggestions. He gave us a very competitive quote compared to two other companies that also quoted. Francois gives a fair price for excellent work delivered! The project was completed timeously. His workers were dedicated and courteous, and the site (our home!) was left clean and neat at the end of each day, which was really great! We can HIGHLY recommend Malan Renovations, Francois and his team for any renovation work you need done!

Even though a tad bit expensive, you get what you pay for. Service is excellent; everything happens on time; the work is done right, first time; and the team consists of highly skilled artisans who take pride in what they do.
