We bought fish chips and calamari and they gave us sloppy dry chips of yesterday and not fresh fish, this is nonsense for the price of R199.,this is happening for the second time.

Ordered food on the Mr D app.Recieved the wrong order.Phoned Fishaways and was told they will phone me back.20 Min later I phoned again, since no one phoned me back. Was told again I will be phoned back.After 3 calls, my order number and cell number was confirmed and a driver was sent with the correct order. 1 Hour 15 min later and I still don't have the correct order!

Waited 45 minutes for 2 pieces of fish because preference is given to online Mr delivery orders. I won't be back after manager admitted that online orders take preference... There were only 2 people in the actual store and we both waited over 45 minutes

I would probably rate this franchise and the rest of the neighbouring Famous Brands stores on this block with a 'negative' star if I could.Service = nonsense.Food = more nonsense.I wonder if the kitchen staff actually take time to look at the advertised food items - in the same store - to get an idea of what they should at least try to look like.Debonairs - Princess Crossing, once got a 'flat' (very minimal filling) triple decker pizza.Steers - Princess Crossing, once got stale fries with my order.Fishaways - Princess Crossing, ordered a hake pot this time around and...(Just have a look at the pictures posted, any more adjectives wouldn't do much justice).

I placed an order with Mr Delivery. I checked the Grilled box when my food arrived it was fried instead of grilled. So I phoned Fishaways directly after the man I spoke to had to dubble check my receipt he called back and said he would rectify my order. I placed my order 17:20 the food was delivered at 17:55 I phoned at 18:04 an houre later I phoned again to find out if my order had left yet. The man told me I can expect my order in 15 - 30 minutes. This is unacceptable if your kitchen made the mistake (by note reading) you should rectify it as soon as possible.I would be ashamed of the service if I was the owner!! Shame on youI receive my food 19:30

Well.... Time be honest the space isn't that big. Customer service was.. decent but both my mentor and myself can agree that their choice of rice storage really did leave an undesirable precooked and badly stored taste in or mouths.Besides all this it was a cute experience.
