Got the car in October 2021, got told it's got a 2 year service plan never got told witch month went to have the car serviced and got told no the service plan expired in January 2022, went to the dealership and got told what do you want me to do" "you have the service booklet" "you must drive more" poor communication make sure you get all the relevant dates

Had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Renco was the friendly face that welcomed us to the branch a week ago. He was not one of those “in your face” car sales men, he answered our questions and assisted when needed. The next day went back for a test drive, again very friendly and helpful.Paperwork and Finance was effortless, and Saeeda took us through the paperwork, seamlessly and explained every aspect when needed.Well done! Very happy with our new wheels and look forward to working with you in the future.

Absolutely do NOT recommend Wingfield Motors Kuils River - nonstop issues from the beginning and STILL struggling a year later. The customer service (or lack thereof) is pathetic, not to mention the disgustingly rude dealership principal who speaks to clients like they are trash and shouts at them too. Absolutely appalling.

2nd time I’ve went there because I saw a car on their website rated as “ excellent “ upon arrival the cars smell like ashtrays, the one Honda had a massive dent in the door , and a rusted hole on the roof along with a dead battery and plenty dents and scratch marks.Definitely not “ excellent “ , not even close. I won’t bother going here again.

Although we didn't buy from them, the Kuilsriver location of Wingfield Motors has an incredible salesman by the name of Rian who we would highly recommend. He gave us excellent advice, all of which has borne fruit.

Only receiving my new vehicle in two days, but couldn't wait to rate this business! The sales man Patrick is an absolute gem of a guy! He was involved and prompt every step of the way from quote to finance to delivering what I requested! Above all he gave me a great deal on a new vehicle (better than the brand dealership) and a very reasonable offer on my trade in. I will recommend any day of the week! Thanks Patrick for the personal effort throughout the entire process!UPDATE: So I've collected my new bakkie and now I only have more praise for Wingfield Motors! Each and every person there greeted me and treated me with respect. From the guy washing cars outside and everyone I passed by. All and all it took me 30mins to get all the paperwork sorted, get the keys, take a photograph and get on the road. These guys have buying a car sorted! If at anytime one would be looking for a car I would I I mean this definitely recommend them.I was literally about to buy a car at another dealership that I wasn't happy with until I saw a car that I was happy with at their branch in kuilsriver.I immediately was contacted by Caleb(Sales representative)and my gooly did he go out his way even drove to us for test driving and done a whole lot more that I can't even explain from the interest rates to u name it to make it possible to fit ones budget even more.Im stoked an highly impressed.Thank you Caleb.
