I purchased the mug press from Ceramicraft and absolutely love it. So easy to use and much better than using a small oven and guessing the temperature. I love how my mugs are now turning out. The video on the website to help set it up, was very helpful also. Having someone local saved me on postage but overall communication and budget made my decision easier. I would thoroughly recommend Ceramicraft for all your sublimation and craft projects. I will certainly be purchasing from them again. Thank you

I have always received fast, efficient service from Ceramicraft. My orders have a bit of travel to arrive in Brisbane, but the packages are very well packed and my goods arrive in tact. Such a great business and extremally helpful. They have a wealth of knowledge and are keen to assist. Fantastic set-up and love the fact that they allow local pick-up. There communication is fantastic and the speed of completing orders. Of the products I have purchased they have been well picked and they know the products they are selling. very happy. i ordered overnight, during the xmas break some non urgent items & was dispatched very next day, within 12 hours of order. was not expecting such a rapid turnaround time, altho v much appreciated. they often have pottery related items im looking for & are always efficient. thank you so much, highly recommended.
