Ontilt Pet Resort and K9 Refuge

Much thanks to Kevin and team, we had a great holiday knowing Winston was in great company, seeing the daily posts of the fun he was having was breath taking, never did I believe we would come across a 6 star pet resort like this, I was so impressed I posted to my local page so others can learn of this hidden gem of a retreat, we will be back even if just for day care, between holidays,

I was really worried to leave my little boy (10 month old Cavoodle, Thor) behind while going back home to visit my family after long 4 years….A friend introduced me to Kevin and his amazing Ontilt Pet Resort, so I took Thor there and he loved his trial 2 days trip (Thor never attended any puppy day care so i was concerned about his stay)… Later I left him for 18 nights with Ontilt team and my boy enjoyed and thoroughly loved the whole experience…Kevin and his mom Jennie are really warm and kind people.. they were patient with my requests and queries, also kept sending me pictures / videos to help me stay relaxed as I was missing my little boy so much…May God bless all the team members at Ontilt pet resort... I highly recommend their services for your lovely puppies/ dogs as they make sure your babies are loved, well taken care of, comfortable, and most importantly, safe…Thanks team ontilt….I will certainly send Thor back, to enjoy his holidays with your fantastic team… ❤️❤️

Absolute 5 star + pet resort. From the moment we dropped our fur baby Sonnie off we were greeted by Kevin with so much professionalism and enthusiasm and you could easily distinguish his sincere love and passion for animals and ensuring they have a wonderful stay. It was so great to receive updates and photos during his stay as it put our minds at ease and knew he was having the best time.We have left Sonnie at many pet resorts during our travels around Australia and can honestly say this is 100% the best one yet.Thank-you to Kevin and the team for ensuring Sonnie's stay was nothing less than amazing!

Thank you so much Kevin & team @ Ontilt! My fur babies have never been to kennels before so i was unsure how'd they go. Kevin assured me they will be loved... that they were! Kevin updated me whilst i was on holidays that my babies were doing good and that made me feel better that they were ok. There was never any doubt of where Chester would go for his first stay away from my home. Knowing that he would be looked after and cared for by Kevin and his team at Ontilt Pet Resort and K9 Refuge-the very best facility Perth has to offer allowed me to enjoy my holiday.To see Chester his happy playful self after spending 18 days away it was evident the level of care and the love he had received was exceptional.Thank you to Kevin and the team

I recently had my gsd in at Ontilt for daycare/aggression assessment. The photos and videos posted of my dog with other dogs melted my heart. The venue, wow! It’s absolutely incredible, it’s something you have to see to believe. Absolute luxury and really goes to show that the Ontilt team consider your dogs as a part of their family. This team has restored my faith in boarding facilities and has allowed my mind to be at ease knowing my baby will be left in safe and caring hands.

It's hard to leave your furbaby for an extended period of time. You constantly worry about them and it just about ruins your holiday. You hear all the horror stories of pet-boarding, that dogs come back different. We have always been hesitant but we booked Mister Pickles into the Resort upon recommendations from friends. We were told if anyone was going to love him as much as we did, it would be Kevin and his team. They were right. Mister Pickles went for day care to familiarise himself with the Resort. He loved his two daycare days prior to his stay over Easter. We dropped him off and Jenny reassured us that she would take good care of him. I didn't worry about him once, I saw the photos posted on Facebook and knew he was having a good time. He didn't whimper or cry when we picked him up. We could tell he had a great time with his new friends. He didn't come back broken or different. He came back happy. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Kevin, Jenny and the team at Ontilt Pet Resort. Thank you so very very much. We have tried lots of kennels in Perth and this one is the best by far. Thanks for looking after my dogs so well, your resort is amazing and so are your staff. Thanks again and I would highly recommend.
