My car had to go to the shop because some one rear-ended our car. Auto Panelbeaters did a great job in fixing our car. They were very professional and gave us regular updates on the process. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone that needs panelbeating done on their car.

I have never dealt with such liars in my entire life. Twice, wrong parts were ordered after the car wasn't even inspected. I deicided to leave the car there to give them enough time, after a month still nothing was done on the car. No inspection whatsoever. Lies/Racist and clueless when it comes to customer service.

I hereby expressing my dissatisfaction regarding the service or repairs that was done on my vehicle by Auto panelbeater in Ermelo(Mpumalanga). Firstly the repair was incomplete because according to them(panelbeater) it was not included in the quotation . Secondly the tail light fitted was not fitted professionally and it is defective(broken) according to me and when I complained about it, Auto Panel beater made it clear that it is not original because the insurance decides where the panelbeater should buy parts. Mind you it took more than 3 weeks to receive parts. It is disappointing that you as panelbeater risk your reputation because the insurance tell you how to do your job. Just know the repairs on each vehicle has your name tag not the insurance. I'm very disappointed.Nkosinathi
