Alucarni Guest House

I would visit this guest house again and again, very tidy, friendly people, and very private, car parking behind lock gates, massive breakfast and very delicious.

I recently stayed at Alucarni Guest House and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.Loadshedding was also not an issue at this hotel, This meant that I was able to work in comfort without any interruptions or inconveniences.

Very clean and reasonably priced air conditioned guesthouse, very comfortable beds, very friendly owner. Upington is an inviting, clean city, the only issue in the city is lots of potholes.

Alta and Hennie offer a home away from home! Travelling with a child can sometimes be challenging, but we were warmly welcomed and could settle into the comfortable family room (ideal for a party of 4) with ease.The facilities are clean and crisp.The kitchen is compact, but has what you need for a night or two.The bathroom was luxurious, and the fact that they have solar power and free wifi that works make a world of difference!Do treat yourself to the take away breakfast!! Well worth it!This facility surpasses others we have visited in the area.Thanks Alucarni, we will be back! Yours will be our stay of choice in future, for sure.
