Unprofessional!Non-compliant with customer expectations. No communication or query replied after payment has been made. Turned up at my door 30mins prior to specified time and then claimed that I was not at home. No phone calls received when they reached my place. When called them they said they cannot come back as I was not at home. Very unprofessional and poor communication.* On 11/10/21 confirmation email was sent to come at 7.30am instead of 7am as I reach home in the morning after a night's shift. An adjustment of 30mins could have been made but they said cant be dont as they went for another job and I was not present at 7am.* they will be replying to your queries until they get payment and youll stop hearing from them until they knock at your door.* No phone calls were received from them on day of installation (* they asked for 50% of payment but I willingly made 85% of payment, after which they even have the audacity to charge $150 for callout which was never mentioned.All wrapped up, money loss, lesson learnt. Moving forward for another provider.

Andrew and Karen are wonderful, i had a new linen cupboard built plus two bedroom wardrobes updated with new storage draws and hanging spaces with new sliding doors, they are amazing and have resolved our storage needs, would recommend to anyone

Absolutely delighted with our new linen cupboard & can't wait to start filling it! Andrew & Karen fitted out our built in robes last year & we were so happy with the whole experience & the end result that we couldn't think of anyone better to call when we wanted to create some extra storage in an empty space. Highly recommend MTM Wardrobes!

Incredible service, professionalism and attention to detail. They really listen to your ideas and make them happen. My new study looks awesome with the sliding mirrored doors bringing the beautiful country view inside, the storage in the built-in cupboards and new bookshelf and computer desks - WOW! Had one of my bedroom changed in a wardrobe with the help and design of the wardrobes I can finally unpack everything in one room and don’t need to live out of plastic tubs anymore what a great job they done personal service and on time and perfectly fit and done professional to the T had a special bookshelf made and now I am waiting for a pelmet quote so easy convenient and good products measured to perfection I can wait to complete my home lovely to see the family work so close together and don’t mind going the extra mile I highly recommended them for all your cupboards needs give them a call five star service

Karen and Andrew fitted out our walk in robe , we couldn't be any happier with the finished product. Such a easy process from start to finish. We were given 3 different designs and not limited to those. Highly recommend .

Had my walking custom wardrobe and mirror done! So happy with turn up. On the top of this, they also clean up their mess. Can’t ask better job than what they do.
