Deliver Your Parcel

The service was not good at all I have been waiting for my parcel its a full month now. Their online tracking is useless I dnt understand a thing there. I called to ask about my parcel the lady dropped the phone on me, then I decided to send an email someone from head office called then I had hope that I will get it.today I received an email stating that they lost my parcle but they called the company that I ordered from to re send the parcleFor me this is just unprofessional

I can really say that this is not a professional courier set-up at all - they don't follow-up on anything, promise deliveries will be made and then fail again and again. I have been waiting for weeks for a delivery and they promised delivery today by 10H00 and have failed. Will never use this company and cannot in any way recommend it sadly.

I got a really poor service from this business called delivery of my parcel" My package took 15 days from Cape Town to Pretoria after being handed over by Canvas and more.I had to make numerous calls for this courier to send my package

Worst courier company ive ever dealt with!My parcel was out for delivery 15/12/2021.Late that afternoon, received a call from head office saying that there was an issue with the delivery vehicle, and i should expect delivery the next day(a public holiday(16th Dec) ) or the ffg day (17/12)Called head office on the 17th to confirm parcel was on its way, since online tracking now proved useless. I was told to expect delivery before 6pm. And again, it didn't arrive.On Saturday, i get a missed call from the office number at 7am. When I return the call, i get the switchboard, informing me offices are closed.Today (20/12),I've called twice, this morning was told a driver had resigned and this had caused delays, and was reassured my delivery would be prioritized . Called back again at 4.30pm, asked to speak to a Supervisor or to be given the driver's number. operator asked for my contact details, promised to return my call with an update.Yet again, nearly 7pm, no parcel received, no update either.Pathetic service and customer care. Steer clear of this company.

This company is terrible. I tried to phone to find out where my parcel is and the lady ( very unfriendly and no enthusiasm) literally told me it is on the way to the warehouse while the website states it is at the warehouse. When I asked her about it she told me then she doesn't know where the parcel is.) When I asked to speak to someone else she said there is only two people working with tracking (in the entire company) and they are on the phone. I do believe this is not a very big company and they don't have the necessary systems in place and is not at all interested in growing or there employees is definitely not interested in grwoing the company.

Maybe start to work on you client service then you will start to get good reviews.VERY POOR SERVICE.

Service is great, really easy to send a parcel. Prices are crazy low, could not believe how cheap and easy it was to send a parcel from jhb to cpt.
