I ordered a custom steel cupboard frame. It was delivered sooner than expected, but it wasn't as per drawing. I readied myself for a fight, but to my surprise, Andrea Fettke, (Sales manager) took over and in a jiffy had the frame remade and delivered, just a day later than the original delivery date. One bad experience can tarnish a companies' image, but my experience with Andrea has won Robmeg Steel, a loyal customer.
