The help at the store was brilliant but the tactics used by the brand seems very questionable, on their website they have items advertised at very reasonable prices with good choice but when you get there they only have the most expensive option with the least features???????? What are the odds? Dissapointed. After going back and seing effort given by the manager and the sales consultant they turned my experience around from bad to awesome. Well done guys

Bad business attitude of the Buyer Mongezi. online they say they close at 6 pm. I got there before 5pm he said I came late he want to close and go have beers I must come back the next day. It was 5pm.

How do you increase the prices of your watches by R60, when your website advertises R189? This is false representation by your store.Your staff advocated that different stores have different prices on watches and is therefore store specific. However your website is universal price for all stores.Seriously do you think that the likes of Woolworths, Pick n Pay or other major retailers would change their individual store pricing against their national pricing?The consumer protection act advocates advertised price is the actual price unless E & OE is stated etc and therefore you HAVE to retail the product at advertised rates.Needless to say I have the evidentry proof.Your store has the gall to advertise that the watches were on special. I would advocate that they were priced specially higher than those on your website.The same thing goes for your Doogee cellphones, where you have upped the price R100 over the website price. Again I have evidentry proof.Whoever is in charge there needs to read the consumer act and stop trying to be clever.Needless to say I went to Cosmo Mall and purchased the goods at the website price.Wake up Bellair - apparently the bus doesn't go near where you live or the wheel is turning but the hamster is dead in your head.Just saying!

Trash. Never pick up the phone, never give you what you deserve, whether it's a product or your money. My suggestion... Go to another cash crusader!

They do not deserve even a single star they scam people, I bought a new laptop Charger for R380 on June 3 and it stopped working on June 25 they refused to refund me which is totally against the CPA . Cash crusaders should be shut down permanently even their staff is trained to be rude when they have to give you your own money. Their managers are useless too no management skills at all

This shop is a waste very poorly managed. U was there to buy a fan..... Firstly l couldn't find any closed box for the fans l wanted . I then settled on something and was given 1 box when the box clearly said 2 of 2. I went back and waited a good 30 minutes for the guy to come and sat he can't find the other box. So disappointing

The service was disgusting with staff that's arrogant and give falls product knowledge. They sold me a thing that didnt worknamd refuse to take it back.. IT SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN FOR HOW THE CHEAT PEOPLE

The staff is extremely unfriendly, not a place to go if you want to keep your spirits high in the day. Service is also poor, some guy literally tortoise steps to fetch something for me.

I had to drive all the way from Centurion to this store since they've advertised a laptop that I wanted. I tried to chat with the store on the number provided for WhatsApp, no response. I tried to call the store no response until I decided to drive there before it could be sold. To my surprise, I was told that the stuff advertised on their website was not in the store, there is no alignment between the person advertising and the guys at the store!
