The people who work here are really helpful. If a parcel gets stuck there it's worth going to pick it up yourself. Only complaint is that they don't answer the phone.

No one answers the phone, so how does one even begin to query mail that was posted 5 weeks ago in Cape Town and is not yet delivered to ta southern suburbs address. Another government run operation that should be shut down. This is not a public service department, its another taxpayer parasite.
