Disappointed with the customer service I have recieved on two separate occasions with this business. At first glance the owner of this establishment seems friendly and nice. However, if something doesn't go her way she becomes very rude and ill-mannered. In the first instance of bad service I was promised a price on a certain item. When I came to the shop and bought this item,it was a different price. Naturally, as is my right being a customer I disputed this issue. The owner became very unfriendly and eventually she gave me a refund but threatened that she never wanted me to return to her shop. The second instant was again a dispute over a product. I had shown her a picture of a certain product and if she could order a larger packet (8kg) it from the supplier. Upon receiving the product, it was the wrong product. Again, I asked for a refund and the owner would only give it on the condition the supplier would take it back, even though she had made the mistake (which she had admitted). Luckily the supplier did take it back and I recieved my refund, but again the owner gave unfriendly manner and did not so much even apologise for the inconvenience.Two separate occasions spaced out month apart with terrible customer service. It is most unfortunate because this vet is so close to where I live but I will no longer be giving my business to them.

This vet practice is by far the best one in my area. Dr Marga and her team showed such compassion towards my cat and made me feel at ease about the visit. They're also extremely friendly and explain everything to you. Definitely recommend them

Its difficult to describe because it started off years ago with our feline. Recently started with an issue with my puppy and this veterinary practice is a reflection of CARE rather that the rat race sausage machine we are expected to become accustom to in the city.Thank you for practicing your true intentions and your actual LOVE for Animals! keep it up!Kee

Dr Marga and her team are fantastic! Whether it is my two cats, or a foster I tag along to the vet, nothing is too much effort. She has been my animals' veterinarian for almost seven years, and not once have I had a bad experience. Highly recommended!

Friendly and very caring staff. Thank you for excellent service. Our cat,Emma, went for a sterilization and they were amazing. Phoning me to tell me that all went well after the procedure and received a follow up call toe hear if she was doing ok. She pulled out one of her stitches. Thank you so much

NEVER EVER go here is your fur baby has a problem, if she picked up the real issue in time my baby would not have been put to sleep 2 days later because it was too late....after promises of being reachable after hours and not picking up the phone and being more enthusiastic about picking out a collar for a new puppy than helping the animal in distress...loving animals does not make you a proper vet. Helping them does.
