Private Accommodation | Private Accommodation was established in 1996, with the vision to assist students in obtaining safe and secure student housing, especially for those students who are not able to acquire student housing at the university hostels. We have since expended to include all residential rentals and sales.

I highly don't recommend this agency to anyone. Their staff is incompetent, unprofessional and very deceitful. I had one of the worst experiences renting through this agency and I would rate my experience with them a -5 if I could.

Horrible service. Patronising staff, harasses tenants within rented homes, amd refuses to deliver services on time or properly or at all.

Takes advantage of people especially students. Not only are contracts unfair towards tenants but landlords are even allowed to breach their own contracts. Agency does not protect tenants from wrongful eviction or invasion of privacy or even from being harassed by landlords. They also tried to rent properties that are in terrible condition and afterwards refuse to handle agreed upon repairs. This agency even tried to charge rent after giving in the keys. To top it all off you also can not trust the agency to give you your deposit back.

Lien and Ken and the rest of their team are horrible people. They never gave me my deposit. There were no entry inspections and the house was never maintained but when I moved out, they came with stories that the house was clean when I moved in.They took R7500 deposit and did not even refund a cent to me. Lien is good when you move in but when you want to move out she becomes rude and evil to you.It takes forever to them to fix anything. If there was minus rating I would give them minus 100. Horrible accommodation company ever.NEVER WORK WITH THEM

Worst agency and worst experience ever. Incompetent staff who never follow up or return calls. Literally have to beg , plead and chase for the return of your deposit. Deduct exorbitant charges off your account without your consent or knowledge . Inconsiderate scammers who sadly take advantage of university students. Not deserving of even 1 star.
