I Googled Six Architects looking for a professional Architect to design my two storey house drawings. I found six I asked for quotations on a +_600 sqm house drawings. Five quotations prices I could not afford as were above my expectations. The Sixth quotation was from Riscali Architect and the price quotation was less than the first. I told Riscali that I was impressed by their quotation but I had affordability challenge. They kept me waiting and when they came back I given 15% discount. We arranged a physical meeting. Every aspect of Architecture was explained to me and we riched agreement. Riscali designed and drawn my house plan. It went through Midvaal building control and it was approved. The drawings Architecture was never done over and over again. All the costs were included Engineers. I am Satisfied and Appreciate the job well done by the Riscali Architecture and Project Engineers. Riscali committed to be part of the process during the erection of my house during building. I have no regrets for choosing Riscali.
