Just went there today to find out they have moved out. Nobody communicated with members and I just joined before the lockdown and paid upfront for 5 years. I need my refund.

Average gym in Silver lakes. They have a cool concept but the staff wasn't professional and it seemed like a young crowd when I went. Pilates instructor walked out during a session to kiss her boyfriend and have a chat..not too keen on another visit

The Crossfit coaches are really dedicated and committed in assisting you with your Crossfit journey. However the condition of the equipment is wanting and various items require some serious maintenance. Have mentioned this to the owner - hopefully something will be done about it. Otherwise love the atmosphere and vibe in the gym and have increased significantly in both strength and fitness over the past six months.

Really nice vibe, the instructors are qualified and experts. this is the most reasonably priced gym around Silver Lakes.

Very nice cool gym, there is a lady there who does like zumba dance and it's so nice if anyone wants more details can send message it's so good, u only dance u don't lift up anything just dancing that's it and it's also affordable R70 per class

All Kinds of Gains...just joking, although this is the best gym in Pretoria! They have equipment for almost every sport & lessons you can join no matter your fitness level.

I am very unhappy with your service as I have been trying to get an updated invoice to see what's my closing amount and my contract will be expiring in August of this year.After numerous emails, and phone calls eventually the receptionist who I got a hold of because for a Gym they never answer was chewing gum on the phone like her life depended on she said we got your email I'm sending it to accounts department that was on the 11th it's 3 days later. I also wanted to findout the procedure on how to notify them that I will not want to renew my contract as I do not want an incident like all your reviews say when the contract ends you still deduct I DO NOT WANT TO Renew!!!And would like efficient service I do not want issues

Ok so I own a sports consultation company, Alpha's Ideals and our mission is to find the best businesses and individuals for athletes. I will say that of all the gyms I have visited this is the best of them all. The customer service is superb, they make you feel like a king, they have expert instructors for EVERY single discipline! There is a TON of floor space and the weigts to machine ratioto is toughly 1:1. There is enough to not restrict you but not too much to confuse you. I would recommend them for anyone who considers themselves ready to makr a success out of their body or eho consider themselves serious about healthy living.

Equipment isn't well maintained, the weights are always lying around every where, if you are a bodybuilder be aware they do not have enough weight plates to do deadlifts, squats, leg press or bench press. Biggest problem of all is the operating hours, on the web the say it is open from 5am-9pm but that is a lie! The close every day at 18:30 without letting the members know, terrible facility, and there is never any water in there water machines. Also they have very limited equipment, like basic training machines they don't have, like standing calf raises or incline bench press, and most of the benches are broken.. so I would really not recommend this gym and I don't understand why they are rated this high

Best Gym ever to get fit. Have various kinds of fitness equipment and training. You find kickboxing, boxing, cage boxing. The instructors are young and knowledgeable. Friendly staff. Go see for yourself
