Six beneficiary's of my mother's will arrived here on a Saturday morning. We were friendly and professionally met by Javlin who looked at our documents. Within minutes Natalie was assisting us with completing the necessary forms. Javlin reviewed and processed the forms further. Thank you Old Mutual. You selected great staff. The lady infront refused to assist me with regards to paying my fees through my investment plan. She plainly didn't even listen. After this I'll no longer use old mutual. I'll find a different place to invest for my fees and pay it with no hassle

waited out side old mutual for about halve hour then went to another shop to return to wait until i entered build waited another 30 minutes to see a constant. my number 21 was called went to the booth no 3 only to find the consultant on a personal call waited 5 minutes until he was done only to be told i have to fill in the claim form but he could not provide me with forms and was told they will get hold of me. not a happy with service
