This is probably the worst customer service I have experienced ever. The people working in the Waterfont store are racist. The store assistant pushed me out of the way with the trolly to help someone else. I will never buy anything from @home ever again.

I ordered a corner couch online at @Home Loch Logan and I honestly had the best experience, I live outside the delivery region but Henri Maritz was so friendly helping me and updated me constantly on the delivery etc. The delivery guys were just as friendly and helpful.Henri also checked if I was happy and I really am.I will recommend @Home Loch Logan to anyone it was very nice to be able to order and get your things delivered even if it's out of the delivery region.I am super satisfied.

Thank you so much to Henri Maritz at the Loch Logan Waterfront @Home store! I searched far and wide for a specific size, shape and colour mirror and was about to give up, when I met Henri . He started searching on my behalf. The first perfect fit didn’t work - I needed 2 and that range was discontinued with only one left. He suggested PLAN B and said I would love it. He got a hold of 2 of the plan B mirrors in SA and ordered one from the CT warehouse and one from Gauteng. It was the perfect mirrors for the job! He made sure that the fragile mirrors was packed properly and helped with all the details.Such commitment to customer care is rare!Keep up this excellent work, Henri.

The landline number does not exist and the 067... number that the center gives also does not respond!!! I mean what the hell guys! What bad communication! Get your act together! If I need to phone you to ask if you have stock of something otherwise I must order online then what? I can’t physically get to your store as I’m very busy hence I need to phone you. When I phoned Foschini also at the waterfront shopping centre Bloemfontein I tried asking them since it’s also a TFG store. I had to wait for more than ten minutes then they give me the number of Mangaung council? Idiots! They could have taken my name and number, physically walk to @Home and ask them to phone me. What stupid service!

I have been waiting almost 4 weeks for a office chair they said would take two days to arrive. The other day they called me and told me that it was there and I told them I would be there the next day as I was out of town, when I got there it wasn't there and they had no Idea where it was. I have been there four times now and every time they say that it will be there in a day and they will call me, but every time it's not there (sometimes I have to wait almost 25 min just to find out it's not there). This is not a low quality store, I paid almost R3000 for that chair that I still don't have. It's a shame that such a nice store has such poor service.

I had the privilege of being helped by Mr. Fikile Goodman. Wow, what a service. Thank you Sir for being a model of excellent customer service. Your patience and diligence. I got my couch and I am super happy. I will be buying from your store again soon.

I had the worst experience TWICE by the same lady who claimed to be the store manager only to find out she is a supervisor. I know for a fact @Home sells boxes she refused to sell me boxes she said I had to purchase other items in order to purchase boxes. She was so rude!

The service at @Home Waterfront Bloemfontein is excellent! Thank you Henry, for friendly, excellent service. It is a pleasure to shop in your store.

I bought two couches at the Waterfront branch and the manager, Jannie as well as Rewaldo and Clifton's service exceeded my expectations.! Thank you guys!
