I am appalled by my experience at your Salon. My friend went to the salon to get her nails done, made an appointment for 5pm but was 15min late, when she got there she was told that her time slot was given to someone else and that she could not be assisted by any other nail tech. One of the nail artists said she couldn’t do my friends nails because she had a client at 6pm, as if doing a gel manicure takes more than 45min. The lady that she initially had the appointment with said she couldn’t do my friends nails because after she’s done with the client that came in at 5, it will be time to close. This salon closed at 7pm, so it takes 2 hours to do someone’s nails?? What really annoys me is that your people in this salon told my friend to try doing her nails at Sorbet! So do you not want business? Should we rather just go to Sorbet next time?
