We have received the most atrocious service from Patricia, she has zero customer service. Woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. More reasons why we always shop at any other American Swiss in Randburg besides this one. Last time I was here 2 years ago still had the most hostile service. You guys need to seriously train your staff. You offer a premium product that should be accompanied by a premium service yet you fail to align the two .. (service drives sales Patricia)
