I was recently gifted with the LMC collection of teas as a birthday gift. What a spoil! Once my gifts were finished i re-ordered. Just loving the range of teas and the packaging is so beautiful. Just love having these teas proudly displayed in my kitchen cabinet.

Wow what a great place! We received VIP treatment when we visted Carmien tea. We were taken on a factory tour by thier quality control manager and eduated on how they process the rooibos from harvest to sale. This was ended of by a fantastic tea tasting and a great chat.The company does not have an automated plant-to keep jobs for the locals and all employees own some company shares. We had a great time and will definitely be back go stock up on our tea!

Dealing with my husband is no easy job, but I would like to give a gold star to Marina Nefdt. Her customer service skills are amazing and I am over the moon with my delivery today! As always would 100% recommend this company as their tea and staff are brilliant. Cannot wait to share the '' gifteas'' with my friends and family!

We visited as a group of 6 on a cold wintery day. A warm reception from a friendly and knowledgeable guide led to a very interesting, educational tour. We learnt a lot about rooibos tea production and processing. This company cares about their people and visitors. Well worth a visit!

Met a wonderful lady who was our guide and gave as a tour of the factory, and surrounds. Had lots of knowledge of the product--Rooibos Tea. Enjoyed the tea tasting.
