It was an incredible experience. Anelize did my hair and there is no one else I would allow to work on my hair. Not just professional, but really goes out of their way to get to know you and results are out of this world. I can't wait for my next hair treatment. I had Bayalage done and the blonde is actually blonde and not yellow. This is usually a difficult result to achieve on a brunette especially on the first visit to the salon. Best by far.

Took my daughter to have waxing done. The person bruised her so badly from being rough with her and using the incorrect wax, that it meant she had to take painkillers and rub Arnica on the bruises. When I queried this, I was told that as a special favour the person had not charged for a bikini wax. A bikini wax was never booked or requested. And to add insult to injury, my daughter was covered in wax afterwards. I was offered my money back but no amount would take away from the awful experience and pain my daughter had endured.
