I bought material at the store and the delivery was delayed because of the misunderstanding caused by the language barrier between the driver and the builder. I would like to thank the store for attending to my query after seeing my previous review, I am looking forward to doing more business with Belims Hardware in the near future.

Everything was going well until delivery was delayed nobody called to inform me or my brother since both our numbers were left there and we are the one who had to call and check why delivery has not been done. I called and I was told it will be done tomorrow, then someone from store called telling me within 30 minutes truck will arrive but nothing no one called waited for 2hours no call no truck with building material lol spent more then R27k there but this is the service one gets still no material no call for explanation.
