Ordered 15 bags of Compost and 15 bags of top soil. Paid for it and took it home only to find that they loaded 14 bags of each. Contacted Culterra and after a few calls of finding out where I loaded etc. they said their camera could not capture the loading of my order so they have to rely on their paper trail and security check. So they did not correct their mistake. Suffice to say, their security did not count the bags in my car so that is not a viable proof and by implication, they are calling me a liar. I am a business woman and under these circumstances I would check my stock in, stock out and stock on hand and then I would see the error and then either refund or supply the two missing bags. I am very disappointed and will rather buy bulk compost etc from another nursery in my area from now on.

Extremely bad service. Was told my order will be ready in 2 days. When I arrived I was told that the order was not ready. I was again told two days. After 2 days I was told 2 weeks. CULTERRA YOUR SERVICE STINKS.

Absolutely POOR service!There is no communication between clients and the business when there is a problem. Ive paid for my goods to only received half of it. This whole process has been on going since the 22nd of Sept(the date is 6 October). The lady Ive been in contact with has gone cold, not answering phone calls and only giving vague answers when I ask where and when I'll be receiving the rest of my products as I requested to have everything delivered together. Now Im stuck with half of my order when I paid in full with no answers. This is the second year in a row we have major issues with them. This will be my last purchase and best believe word of mouth will spread on how pathetic this branch is.

Good products but very very poor service. Wish they can put new stuff from reception to delivery department.....

Omg that was some cheap compost. You'll need to be prepared to collect on your own but the bulk pricing is amazing. And the staff is happy to help you to were you need to drive to.

Bought law dressing and found big pieces of wood in 2 out of 3 packs like wft is going on here, who is packaging these bags.

Try and order order over the phone for.collection. I ended up talking to 6 different people and none of them was the correct one. It felt like you are talking to a home affairs office. Just left me shaking my head how old fashioned Culterra operates.

Best place for all your compost, lawn dressing and flower/potting soil. They have damaged bags which go for so much less. You pick and choose whichever you want and go and pay. I will definetly be going back.
