Really fast and helpful vets, my cat was severely ill and I had taken him into the vet. They assisted me and admitted him within 20 mins, I was then able to fetch my cat the same afternoon.

Thought my cat had a bad eye infection, they gave me drops and didn't work so send my son to a sister company to take MRI scan to see what they dealing with. Next day operated and my cat had a ver rare infection in this mouth that caused the eye to swell out of preposition. My cat is now back to normal. Didn't even charge me for extra for the other consolation just the 1st one. As my dog was there the month before so spend alot of money but worth it. GREAT SERVICE THANKS GIRLS

This place used to be the best around while Dr Nel was there. Since he has left, feels like the quality has dropped.

My sister took my dad's dog in after he was bitten by my dogs, when I arrived there she was still in reception as doc was busy with another pasients a litter of what looked like pugs whilst waiting a lady came in with a desperate look on her face and was told in a very cold manner by the young lady behind the counter that doc is still busy and she must wait[probably only 1 doc to help animals in need] anyway so when doc finished he he'd to go outside to look for the lady that was waiting as Missy was outside busy on her phone only to find the lady left to go look for someone that CAN and WANT to help her. So doc told us to come in and he was really very helpful and kind and told me that he will have to sedate my dog and do some xrays to se if all is well. So I went out to pay only to find no one in reception again and low and behold doc had to go outside yet again to tell Missy to come help the customer as yet again she was on her phone no this is very unprofessional to say the least and when I phoned to explain to her that I can't afford it financially to have my dad's dog overnight there she rudely told me doc is busy and he will get to me and tell me if he should stay or not needless to say that all the good work done by doc is now forgotten as this young little girl leave a very sour taste in one's mouth and media is a terrible thing when it comes to customer service gone wrong just saying

Severely lacking in all aspects. Small waiting area. The actual Vetenarian Doctor's that were involved with my cat, love animals no doubt about that but relied on their assistants to tell them if my furbaby was eating as was confirmed by the one Doctor himself to us.... my furbaby had been in for 12 days.... upon getting home, he'd lost weight and couldn't get enough to eat...... so this was extremely worrying. We were sent home with only antibiotics.Once home, my baby had lost weight and couldn't stop eating..... we ended up seeing an emergency vet that afternoon who asked if we were given any quarterzone tabs, which we were not....She quickly assessed him and explained the yowling was anxiety, he'd lost his hearing, was blind in one eye, couldn't walk properly all as a result of his middle ear infection that had been diagnosed as the reason for him running a temperature.I'd taken my baby to the vet for just being a bit quiet, just little subtle things made me take him. They said he was running a temperature, they'd like to keep him for the day, do blood tests and xrays to rule everything out as to the cause... they do put them under for drawing the bloods etc. I said well also check his ears in case of any mites and clip his nails. All good, pick him up at 5.00 p.m.5.30 p.m. the Dr. tells me that good news negative for feline aids... yes, great... but he's still a bit drowsy from the anesthetic, rather pick him up in the morning. I could see him though..... I received the shock of my life, the baby I dropped off in the morning was hardly able to stand, his second eyelids were covering his eye's completely, so they were white and he was yowling. His head bobbing.... I was horrified.... but was told, no no he'll come right they had to clean out and flush both ears because of a middle ear infection....I received a call the next morning before I could go to fetch him saying that he's actually still not recovering properly, they've ordered an extra strong antibiotic that would arrive that afternoon..... we then will assess his condition on a day by day basis...... don't know how long.....We visited daily and after the first 2 or 3 days.... there wasn't much noticeable improvement at all...... I was beside myself and asked the Dr. what his quality of life will be ? Surely this behavior and his condition is causing him immense anxiety and us.....Then I'm told, we'll I must understand that with the cleaning and flushing out of the infection, the eardrums are damaged and there's neurological effects too..... give him time.......The emergency Vetenarian that we had to use after we'd brought him home was able to stabilize his condition, and I'm taking one day at a time.... his condition is Horners Syndrome. It will take at least 6/7 weeks for healing and we still don't know how severely he will remain impacted for the rest of his life.....
