Overall this network is a waste of time no wonder it’s cheap

Shoo... It has bee a while since in this shop, I couldn't get assistance the last time I went. I had to phone the sales call centre to get the product I was looking for. Never the less the call centre really assisted and I am still happy with the product I got after 2 years. MTN you really rock for me in the past 2 year. Please do not allow load shedding to spoil the good relationship you have with costomers like me.

Nice place to be, the shops in the mall are good for window shopping.

They never answer their phone.i have been trying 9 times now.will remove this as soon as i get a answer.!

The service is super terrible its disgusting and rotten to the core.Had a nasty experience with two consultants all in full view of an Indian Manager who preferred to remain mum without any professional intervention.This place sucks and makes me sick to the stomach.Some time last year did a sim swap as my service provider however after a couple of days the Sim card could not pick up any signal at all I did not immediately return to the branch due to my hectic schedule and when I finally had the chance 05 February 2022 I was s o shocked to be informed that be Id been issued a sim card that was not riccard. OH Good Lord

Useless shop !! Never answers the phone & I am a new MTN customer and some how they managed to bugger up my contract so I paid triple what I am supposed to pay and after nearly 2 months now, still no feedback or refund.

I went to have my simcard RICA'd. The consultant, Lesedi was very helpful and professional.

I had a terrible experience here. I went there 10 minutes before their closing time and they had already closed the door. I asked if the could assist me and 2 consultants just stared at me with no expression. The lady that cleans came to the door and gave me a catalog, I explained that I needed help with something different. And the lady was scolded at by the 2 consultants who told her to close the door in my face basically. I am still so disappointed.
