Poor service from employees 2 stars because I got what I wanted!! You are not even greeted when you enter the store and most of the time you are waiting to be provided a service while employees are busy laughing and walking around like there is no customers waiting to be served.

Not so bad I got assisted although I think management needs to train the staff about friendliness towards customers... It becomes the topping of the cake. It completes the puzzle if you catch my drift.

The staff besides the cashier's have a bad attitude towards people. They make you wait while making private calls and having conversations that have nothing to do with work. They feel giving you a printed out quotation is a waste of their time and paper. I buy there because it's the nearest Builders near me not because of anything else, they don't have good customer service. They need training.

Quick and good service

Slow service, this place literally operates like it's owned by a group of incompetent friends with this supervisor lady who doesn't know how to properly address and help a customer. You can stand at a till and they would still stand by and have their own conversations instead of opening tills to help customers. That place stinks and I only go to it because it's the only nearby hardware store... I hate it

The service there is great. The staff is friendly n there's hardly a queue

My visit was today 28/05/19Lack of customer service as I had to ask 2 people one question and I was referred to someone who was clearly busy with a different customer and there was a guy sitting behind the counter at his desk on a PC and I asked him if there is another consultant who can see to my query and he told me I should wait for the same guy who was assisting a different customer, then this guy cam I enquired about different size gas cylinders that they carried and also to see if they have in stock the portable (camp size) gas heater which is currently on promotion and he brought me the box and when I asked to see the floor model so that I may be better able to make a decision he told me it was not company policy to open boxes so that I may have a better look as well and touch of the product and I undecayed that I have a screenshot of this on my phone I need to see the product so that I can see how big is the stone where the fire comes from otherwise I would have bought from online stores but I went in to see the product he made me feel really bad for enquiring let alone asking for his assistance.The 2nd instance is when I paid for a gas cylinder I had to wait for a cashier which was not even at their p.c and after struggling with their Absa card machine to go through after it decline my card and eventually made payment. She asked me to go to a a specific guy who will bring me my gas cylinder upon showing him the invoice. I waited for this guy for more than 10mins the managers seemed to have a store visit and one of the supervisors asked me if I have been served and I told him I am waiting for a guy who will bring me the gas cylinder and pointed to the direction he went to. He just said okay and walked away with the rest of the managers and section supervisors. I continued to wait and wait until my partner went to the back after searching the store to try to find this guy that's where he got the cylinder and there not a trolley in sight to carry out a very heavy 19kg gas cylinder to the parking lot.I must say should I have known this was the service at this branch I wouldn't have bothered.The service needs to be an area of improvement from front end until a customer walks out of the store if there was zero stars that's what I would give this branch. A customer's time shouldn't be taken for granted there are lots of businesses that can offer better service and customer would spend a little extra for service. Much improvement to be done.
