I would recommend JPS Moving. From the onset, quotes were received timeously, the moving staff were a pleasure to deal with. The owner was helpful and accommodating. The disappointment comes in, I was advised that all my stuff would fit on the truck, which it should have; however, items had to be left behind in JHB which means I now have to arrange and pay again for an already expensive move and the reason they were left behind was that one of the assistants had to sit in the back, so technically the space that would have been used to fit the rest of my effects was used by staff. The owner should be responsible I feel to make up for this and arrange to bring my remaining items down, yet I was provided with a number of someone else to call which does not solve my problem as this person is not going to do this for free. Also the packing materials are inadequate, wrapping items in just bubblewrap is insufficient and does not protect much and the team also came without packing tape which I had to go to the store and buy for them.
