Absolutely fantastic service!!! WHA Auto went out of their way to assist me! Friendly and extremely helpful. Best ever service received from a car service centre! 100% recommend!

they left me with my seats damaged and filthy ,aswell as damaging my gear shifter, poor service!!!

Expensive and bad attitude service. I received a quote and realised that they charge way more than agents do, almost R3k on parts price mark ups then they still add 15% VAT. To add to that, they didn't put things back together properly. I ended up taking my vehicle to the agents and they found out some parts were not secured or reassembled properly. Use them at your own risk!!!

My car went in due to a head gasket problem leading to water in the combustion chamber. Along with weird sounds coming from the right hand wheel mechanism.I'm not going to bore anyone with the chaos of my situation, but rather just list the results.To change a head gasket and skim the head:I got my car back with a broken vintage indicator, dented rear panel, bent rear bumper (steel, so that took some doing), completely broken off bonnet latch lever, engine electronics shorting on the body, and a damaged engine hose.The worst is that the very thing they were suppose to fix didn't even last 1,000km. And will have to be completely redone.I'll also add that due to the workshop starting work on my car without even consulting me about what needs to be done or quoting me, the owner didn't charge me for the work and damage done to my car. He seemed to think that since it's now free, the damage done is justified.So I was reluctant to leave a review, which changed when the main job they were supposed to do, the head gasket, will now have to be redone.

Took my Isuzu Kb250 for 105000km service. All work done done as expected. Regular feedback from WHA Auto service advisor. Brilliant workmanship and service overall. You have a new client for life!!

On Thursday 22 June 2023 I contacted WHA Auto (have in mind after hours) asking if it is possible for my car to be serviced the next day. The morning of 23 June 2023 they contacted me to ask if I will be able to bring the car for it’s service.I am truely impressed with the speediness and kindness that was given to me as a customer. My car was finished before the suggested time. Without paying an arm or leg for the service, I am now a proud customer of WHA Auto.I will definitely be rejoining this awesome team for my next service.
