couldn’t be more disappointed and angry. spent $400 for a screen replacement on front and back and also brought a screen protector. within a day the front screen had shattered without a scratch on the screen protector. the damage just went straight through

Took my iPhone 11 to Apple to replace the battery and they told me they could me they couldn’t replace the battery due to an issue inside my phone. Phone ninja replaced it no worries within 2 hours. And $20 cheaper than Apple. A+ service and definitely recommend to visit these guys for your repairs!

Getting a Pixel phone repaired in Australia is annoying, you need to ship it off to either the eastern states or Singapore for assessment which means you're without a phone for a long time, and that's if the phone is in warranty.My pixel 5 was a few months out of warranty and the battery started expanding pushing the screen away from the casing. The guys are phone ninja replaced the battery without cracking the screen in a couple of hours and the phone is like new.Will be heading here whenever I need phone repairs.

Incredible service from these guys, very friendly too. They were able to get my phone working after it fell in the water for around 5-10 secs. Had already taken it to another place who couldn’t do anything but these guys got the job done. They were also realistic and let me know the risks, knowing there wasn’t any guarantees…still, this time I was lucky thanks to these guys.

Did what they said they would do. Had a screen changed out on an iPhone12 - works fine and no problems except for the non-authentic part detected" error message in the settings screen (no big deal and they told me about this before they started) I'd recommend them - they had spares on hand and the job was complete within 2 hours. The only thing i didn't like was the demand/request for the passcode on the phone - its not really necessary for a job like this (they said they wanted to be able to check the features of the phone were working

Bradley arranged the repair of a Google Pixel 6 Pro that had a broken screen for my son. He did an amazing job - responded to my queries at all hours, ordered the parts overnight (as they did not keep stock for this particular model), replaced the screen and kept me informed by email and sms simultaneously (good IT system). I highly recommend dealing with Bradley at Phone Ninja in Osbourne Park.

These guys are awesome. Replaced my Pixel 4 XL battery on the spot .. but the big winner was I had a 6S Plus that was dismantled with an issue and they were willing in to look at it for a very cheap price. They sorted they issue on both phones within a couple of hours and price was very competetive and reasonable.Thanks.
