Phoned for backboard and speakers to be fitted to my daughters Suzuki Spresso, told they have their boards made in East London and it would be here the following day, took the Vehicle in on Thursday late morning and left it with them, by Friday 11:00 still no feed back, this would have been a surprise for my daughter as she would return from Cape Town on Sunday, only to be told no boards available to build back board, Wasted 2 days and still no sound for my daughter Owner never informed us, otherwise would have taken it elswhere

Unfortunately out of the two radios I supplied to fit into my vehicle, Glen the owner allegedly dropped it and broke it, and the other radio, Glen the owner did not know how to install with the proper steering wheel controller. He said that he was too tired when he gets home that he could not communicate with the manufacturer, after I supplied him with the introduction to the installation department. Now it appears that they are avoiding to replace or refund the radio that they broke, and not installing the steering wheel controller, while the radio also does not work properly.

These guys are good .reasonable ..do a good job..Glen knows his stuff and i expect the same with my Sorento and Elantra gps dvd units they are going to put in for me.wireless rearview cam is much better he says.
