Avoid Sasol Ruimsig Car Wash! On Sunday the 18th of April 2021 got to Sasol Ruimsig car wash at 07:50 and there was already 4 cars ahead of me. By 08:25 they have not touched any of the cars, when escalated to supervisor there was lot of running around but 10 minutes later still not a single action to start washing the cars! Left without a refund so frustrating was it to get my money back. Went to Caltex across the road , excellent service!

The Car wash at ruimsig Sasol is very expensive and are not supplying the service it advertise. The responsable person for the carwash is rude and has no client etiquet. The dash board polish is not available i was asked to lesve and not was my bakkie thete also to wash my vehicle at home

Petrol attendants give good, fast service and even if you park your car just to get some milk from the shop they will wash your windscreen without you needing to ask! You won't find service like that very easily

Great service, petrol attendant Solli noticed our tire slightly deflated as we were driving out . Most proberly saved us a lot of frustration. Thank you

Will NEVER go back to this Sasol EVER again!!!! They put petrol in a diesel vehicle Then hesitate in owning up to it!!! Further more saying they’d replace the diesel that was already in my vehicle before filling up.... Ja that didn’t happen.... Only giving a one star as the manager sorta tried.... I guess....

About two weeks ago I was in a rush to get to an emergency at work. Decided to top up my petrol by R200 Sasol Ruimsig, and left without checking effect on the speedometer cluster . As I I was climbing Doreen Rd, I noticed that it does not look like petrol was poured in at Sasol Ruimsig. I ignored the problem at did another top up at another Sasol. Here my eagle's eye told me all was as expected.Today, Out of the blue as I i was filling up out at Ruimsig Sasol both the manager and the petrol attended humbly came to my car, explained and apologized for the what happened last 2 week and are going to give me free R200 worth of petrol. No wonder this has always been my fav station. Thank you

Worst car wash Ever! The most dismissive supervisor. I am a regular as I live around the corner. Uninterested staff doing a half job eating a burger while kinda cleaning my car. R45 worth of agrovation!!

Do not pour petrol at this garage, poured R200 which did not move and I end up thinking my car has faults i went the next day to shell and poured R200 then it moved! Called the manager to report and she tells me she will take time investigating while she has time and footage of the incident..will report this issue everywhere until my R200 is refunded to me, manager even went to extend to find out what’s my race and when she realised I am African she was like I can’t help now it’ll take timeto find out what happened hebanna like you have the footage and the time of the incident what more do you want

Okay ew, the cashier(male) was so rude to me. I was so grossed out by the horrible service that i did not even memorize his name. Seriously, do better!
