They serve best KFC. But I will get off Mr Delivery.I was approached and intimidated by beggers across the road. The woman would not leave me alone I felt very unsafe and there were male friends of hers hanging around closely.

Food was acceptable but cash customers seem to be served last even though there are multiple staff to attend to u.the parking lot is in need of better lighting as safety factor there feels a little dodge.

Poor!!!! Absolutely terrible terrible service at the KFC Branch in Newton Park Port Elizabeth. The staff has a stinking attitude. Very arrogany. When we were there we couldn't order chicken nuggets, chicken pops or coke zero as it was all out of stock! Absolutely TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

HORRIBLE, Worst customer service and garenteed to get your order wrong! Quality isn't to standard and the ofen run out of chicken.Could Google create a lower rating for this disinterested and poor reesturant :(Rather go ANYWHERE ELSE.

Ordered via the drive-through. Took a little long but best Kentucky Chicken I have eaten in years. Was nice and fresh and decent portion.

If I could give KFC Newton park 0 stars I would. Firstly, they really need security outside as there are VERY sketchy guys walking around asking for money and if you don’t give they swear at you and really make you feel like they will mug you! Very uncomfortable… and very unsafe.Secondly, the drive through takes longer than ordering inside, which defeats the purpose of drive though service. Then inside there is also only one employee working on the tills under a lot of stress, not cool.So KFC Newton park, you really need to change your system and security around or you will lose a lot of customer this way. Also NOT cool for a business!

Very bad. While I have understanding for the challenges of loadshedding. I was called back after I initially left the store, when I wanted to order was told they only take cash. Went all the way to Checkers to get money only to get back and be told there is no chips. What a royal waste of my time. I will however most likely go back in future because this branch STILL sells the best chicken in Gqabs.
