I needed a quote on my car to be repainted. I was told by the receptionist that someone was on their way and that I must take a seat and wait for them. So after about 30 minutes later I asked is anyone coming?" And I was told to carry on waiting as the person who is helping me is busy on a phone call... I walked out and drove 3 minutes to the next auto body shop and I got a quote in less than 5 minutes."

It may be that I came on a inconvenient time, but I found the service to be very rude and not willing to help me at all, Patrick the person who needed to help me was a rude person and did not even try to help me, very ungrateful in my eyes and can use a class in people skills.
