Foschini - Kolonnade Centre

0 stars - Very horrible service and just a few cashiers (1-2 while the is a long line) but the store is full of visible staff BUT not assisting. The store is quite big with variety of choices but quite disappointed with the team members working there. I was reading the comments here also now before I could comment to see if I actually always go on a wrong day but no the is really a problem with the staff. Someone here said “Management needs to revisit their store and staff” and I have to fully agree. They have to do it asap.5 stars for that Overall clothes variety is there and getting sizes is not a problem.

I am not happy with the service I got at Foschini Kolonade Mall . The Manager showed no empathy for my query. I purchased a perfume on the 29/10/22 and the perfume worth R1120 30m and I realised that the perfume is making my skin itchy. I returned the perfume on the 1/11/22 I still had a prove of purchase. But the manager refused to exchange and said I must leave the perfume with them it will go for testing. I must wait till Next when the rep will come and collect it. Didn’t even say next week when. Now I have nothing to use and I have to wait.

If I could give less stars I would! No customer ethics! Cashiers and staff having attitudes when we asked when someone will help us, and thereafter back chatting the clients. Telling us that we should not rush them because it's a Saturday!

There's no customer service in this store. Have been there a few items hoping that the situation might have changed. Stuff running around avoiding helping customers, and some days they are busy chatting to one another while customers are waiting on the queues. The last straw today, all the 5 tills were not manned, while they are roaming around the store. We had to leave the shop after queuing for a long time, only then one lady asked that we pay at cosmetics tills.

I am extremely upset and if I coukd give no stars I would. I bought a dress online from Foshini about a month or so ago. I received texts telling me it was ready for collection, but everytime I went in it was nowhere to be found. I have been back three times to sort it out and everytime I get promises that still haven't been fulfilled. Still don't have the dress.

Horrible service received from Anna, first of all i return items bought online only to be told that they dont have change i had to wait about 10 mins until i was forced to buy airtime in order to get change, i requested for my online invoice only to be told that they have to make a copy, i gave the go ahead only to be made to wait 15 full minutes, when i enquired i was told that the printer is faulty, then why didnt the lady give me update than just to disappear into thin air keeping me waiting. I was then requested to leave my email address for a copy, this has not yet been fulfied, i need my invoice please !!! I will not stop venting on all social media platforms until i receive my copy.

A very limited selection of clothes, especially plus size. I miss the Donna that used to be here, even though the sales ladies were not always friendly, at least the store had a nice variety of clothes. This store is a disappointment and I wonder how long it's going to last in the mall.

Love this branch, always get what I am looking for. They also now have the Slender You products in stock. Got products that wasnt available at various other Foschini branches.
