Took my bunny in to get a lump checked out. After a quick consult an abscess was confirmed however it was in an awkward spot" and I was asked to seek another VET to perform the surgery.Staff were lovely

This is the best vet we have ever gone to! We can never thank Rouse Hill Family Vets enough for everything they do for our furry friends. Your heart and devotion to the animals in your care are nothing short of remarkable, and we are so appreciative of your kind and compassionate care.We had a very sick puppy, and everyone turned us away because Murphy kept getting excited, so when we took him to the hospital, they deemed him ok to go home.I will never forget what head nurse Brittany told me when I brought him here If you're worried

My cat Yoda is very anxious at the vet and not the most obliging patient. However Vet Jade was so compassionate and caring - they were able to gently do his routine checks and take blood sample without stressing him. Thanks for your time and patience !

Great, caring and compassionate vets.Treated with utmost care, going above and beyond, even staying back late.Using EzyVet real-time technology, you can access diagnostics results live, view current medications and treatments.They went out of their way to make my foolish dog comfortable, and explain everything to me beforehand.5 stars are not enough for this amazing practice and their staff.
