I phoned in the order. Esther took down my order. I was told +_ 45 minutes for delivery but in 20 minutes my delivery had arrived exactly as ordered. I specified that I wanted crispy chips and that’s what I received. After reading the reviews I was reluctant to order. Thank you Esther.

Understaffed, raw food and waited 2 hours for a small order. Staff didn't know their menu and didn't receive our drinks. Of course by the time we got home and discovered all this we were so irritated we just refused to go back and complain because we would have waited even longer for the order. Will not recommened to anyone and they will definitely never see me again.

Extremely bad service!!!! I ordered online, x2 GRILLED FISH, theY deliver FRIED!!!!! i am allergic to gluten which means i CANNOT consume fried(battered fish), i get extremely sick. I phone them and report it, the woman answering the phone has very bad telephone ethics and shouts to the other people working there for almost 5 min while i am on the line...the says x2 GRILLED FISH with NO SPICE as i requested in the first place, will be delivered,she does not say GOODBYE, just puts the phone down. 40 min later, still no delivery, i phone, they answer and put the phone down. I phone again and hold on for almost another 10 min because they are experiencing high call volumes, eventually it says my call cannot be taken and I MUST PHONE THEM BACK!!!!! such bad service and this is my 3rd incident with the same restaurant!!!!
