Dis-Chem Pharmacy Mall @ Carnival - Brakpan

Horrible service from the pharmacists. Never reviewed or complained online but today I will because of the poor service I received. Turned back twice and had to stand in line twice just to not get the help I needed. They could not even properly corroborate the reasons they couldn't dispense medication. Gave me the roundabout and wasted my time.

This review is for a staff member with excellent service, not the pharmacy in its entirety.... The pharmacy assistant his name is Patrick, he is so thorough when assisting, gives you great advise and detailed instructions information on the medicines and also gives u options, not like some of them that just stares at you when you ask help with self medication.. They even sell u things that are not related to the problem you described... Patric is a valuable staff member, and I personally just wait for him to assist me.. I hope Dischem treats him well.

I always visit Dishem carnival ,their pharmacy personnel are always willing to assist ,there is never a person idling and doing nothing ,they advise accordingly when giving you medication,The clinic sisters and receptionist are warm and welcoming,arrived late for my appointment,they serviced me through their lunch time and gave excellent service ,the ladies at the tills are patient .Dischem Carnival mall is by far the best place to shop .

I visited the Dischem dispensary on the 4th of Jan 23 and was immaculately assisted by Rita Breytenbach (Sorry if I butchered your name lol). She was very friendly, personable, helpful and an overall delight. I don't know how the pharmaceutical industry works but give that lady a promotion, a raise and a Bells lol xoxo

Since the racism apparent to the Dischem hiring policies became apparent I have not used any Dischem bar the Carnival mall branch.Til yesterday. Being an older person I needed meds from the self medication section, only to find there was a queue of more than 12 people with only 1 person assisting behind the counter. I approached a staff member on the floor for assistance and asked if there was anyone else who could assist. The response was a grunt and a finger pointed toward the queue. After pointing out to him that the queue was long and slow due to only one person assisting his irritated and rude response was it's enough and it's not slow"If this is Dischem's customer values then I would presume it aligns with their racist values.I will henceforth not set foot in ANY Dischem again. I will also advocate against Dischem at any arisen opportunity.Note: after having my intelligence insulted and treated like a dog I went to Clicks upstairs

Opening 30min late, without proper explination. Making people late for other appointments. Manager not friendly and security unhelpful

Don't even bother calling to check if stock is available ...I got put on hold for more than 10 minutes and still didn't get any form of help. The attitude and service was extreme terrible.

The dispensary personal is always friendly and very professional. The personal at the tills is always smiling. To visit this store is always a pleasure.
