Extremely disappointed in the quality of the large Bacon, Avo & Feta pizza collected from your store last week. Avocado was bad: very brown and tasted very sour. Even the avocado STEM CAP was thrown on top of pizza (for good measure?). Had to pick all Avocado off of pizza so as to not waste food. Ordered telephonically at 12:50, collected and paid for at 13:19, and photo taken at 14:06, so it is not natural browning" as is normally expected of Avocado once cut open. Come on

This Roman's always tend to be more on the slower side. I've waited up to 45 minutes for 1 pizza pie(wasn't a busy time of day). Another time we also waited quite a while and they forgot my dad's filling in his pizza pie. Further than those inconveniences, their pizzas are good and service is mostly friendly.

Considering they are busy a lot of the time and I went there today(black friday) the food was ready in time, they only misplaced 1 order but it was ready in like 5-10 min which was good. Food was still good as always. I have never had shittt food from them. Staff is very friendly.

I bought pitzer pie on Monday I was impressed the pie was big, tasty and fresh. I went to buy again today, I am so ready to eat, today's pie is small, hard and on top of that I was given a wrong flavor. It is marked correct on the package but it is ham in the inside. I am so disappointed because it is late now I cannot take it back and they don't answer the phone.

I have mixed feelings about this place. As a regular customer I have purchased pizza from this establishment many times. The issue is consistency. I recall once placing an order online and paying for it, arriving 10min later than the recommended wait time, only to figure out the order was never sent through to the kitchen. This fact I had to deduce on my own, as none of the front of house staff would admit to the order not being forwarded to the kitchen. I then proceeded to wait another hour before my pizza (this was already almost two hours after I placed the order) was finally ready.On the flip side, I have had pleasant experiences as well.Few things that would improve the experience:Well trained, professional staffWorking on the front of house cleanliness and neatness
