I went to this store about an hour ago and I asked to buy a cell c sum card, this lady called siphokhazi then really treated me in an extremely bad way shouting at me saying she won't sell it to me if I don't have my passport, I had explained to her that at Cell C they said if I want to Sim swap I can go to any store and buy an unricad Sim card without any document,. I didn't like the way she handled the situation shouting at me in front of customers and worse walking away making a sound with her mouth .

I had to exchange a jacket that had a manufacturing fault – and after a bit of conversation, it was agreed that I could. Unfortunately, after a long search, there was no replacement available and I had my money refunded. The manager phoned other branches to try to find one for me, with no success.
