Great service and prompt feedback from staff and managers.Word of advice to customers though, check the online istore prices before making a purchase as the store sometimes does not update pricing in time thus you may end up overpaying for goods.

Store is always immaculate, products are well displayed. What brings this store down is the customer service. I've walked in here countless times looking for products and advice about their products since i support Brick and mortar stores, and not once was I ever greeted, offered assistance or was even acknowledged as a customer.

Great service, no queues, fast friendly and efficient service. Excellent parking. I arrived at 9am, contract done telephonically, out by 9:30.Provided me with a comfortable chair since I'm a chemotherapy patient, my iron and energy is low. Very empathetic staff.

Worst Istore ever. Don't even waste your time going in. Stood there for 20 minutes and no one came to help me. Staff are unfriendly and unprofessional.
