Big shout out to Dial a bed Hemingways East London - we were not happy with our initial bed- the manufacturer didn’t want to replace it. The manager at the store came to inspect the bed and said that we can return it to them, received full refund which was deducted from our new bed!! Great service!! Thanks again!!
