I have called in the past and I had the exact same experience and was hoping it to be better this time around. When it comes to animal abuse or lost animals, SPCA does NOT assist and advise it is law enforcements duty but when calling Law enforcement they advise it is the SPCAs duty, when you call the SPCA back, they say sorry they cannot help. So much for helping animals in need!!
