It beats me understanding how they got such a rating. I went there hoping to get my laptop fixed but instead the guy there failed to do so, for over a month he kept telling me stories... I always had to call him for some updates, he was just giving me vague answers and promised to call but never did until I decide to take my laptop back only to find out that he stole some parts from it but I chose to leave him to God. They are nothing but crooks.
