Absolutely pathetic technical service. I called about a technical issue and was transferred to an incorrect number, upon calling again I was given another number to call. I was placed on hold again, waited for a good few minutes. Then I called again and left my details and was never called back. I also handed in a Caddyx keypad. After 5 or 6 weeks I called in and they were not sure about the keypad. They did not even know who why what or when. But who cares, you make your money and your company will just prod along as usual. But I don't like you.
