I am dealing with this branch for the last 10years. Ordered a part earlier this week and it was at Midas this afternoon. Did immediate eft. After a few phone calls not answered , got hold of the salesman and they refused to let the part go out before money is cleared in there account after receiving proof of payment.Lovely customer servece...

We have be dealing with Ben for a few years, we paid for a part today and he only asked for proof of payment. After sending it twice, at 4:45pm he told us that he can't send the part to marloth as the money is not showing in the account. So why did he not tell us we need to do an immediate payment. Not happy with the service and changes in their policies from one to the next.

We had a problem battery. We arrived, were promptly assisted and did not even have to fit the battery ourselves! Staff were frienly and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.
