20230404 What an absolutely diabolical shambles!! Triton has the worst customer service, the worst delivery strategy, the worst tracking but the best FU attitude in the industry.Waiting for a package since Fri, its now Wednesday and they still cant tell me where the package is! so much for innovation and market leadership BS on their hold music.Triton give 'freaking clueless' a whole new meaning!!! Period!

According to the way billing my delivery was dispatch for delivery. I checked this just after 9. Following up with them at 4:30 Mr Darrian mentioned to me that my delivery is still in their warehouse. Promised me that it will be delivered still today.

Shocking. They don’t arrange the correct vehicles or apparatus to off-load palletised goods correctly, so instead they rip off all the protective/reinforced outer packaging and stack it onto a small wheel trolley. No communication or logic, just typical South African idiocy at its finest.

Don’t consider. Very very very poor service and attitude of driver could keep hooting gate and scold ppl around. Hey we in the rush @*#*&**. No respect on customer satisfaction.

Totally useless 5 times now the parcels have been either lost and no correspondence from them have been offered. Terrible service from Triton. I implore people to avoid using them.

Do not use this company.We were advised to expect delivery during the morning, by 16h30 delivery had not arrived.Phoned the Company who asked us to speak to the driver on the phone. Driver lost, no GPS and his phone does not work.Poor service and not recommended.Update.I received a follow up from Carmen this evening after the above post.She went out of her way to assist and remedy the problem. She was outstanding....... Thank you Carmen!A great recovery and very well done!

Ordered a headboard from Cielo which was received last week by Triton. It was scheduled as “out for delivery” on Friday but i received nothing. Got a call from the driver before 2pm saying he was at my house to make the delivery when i had called a week ago to let them know i will only be home after 4pm and the consultant from Cielo also did the same whne the order was despatched. The driver left without my delivery and said he will now only return tomorrow.
