Telkom Direct Greenstone

I went to do a migration on my telkom contract at East Rand Mall. I waited 3 days for a response from the East Rand Mall branch, when they are getting stock on there cellphones. No consultant could give me an answer or return my calls. I called the telkom mobile at Greenstone yesterday. A lovey consultant with the name Portia assisted me. The Greenstone branch also did have no stock for me, but Portia made a plan. Not only did she call me back within minutes to tell me she found stock for me and take note in 1 day, she also got the watch and phone in the right colours for me. Truely the most amazing experience to see a person give so much for a customer to go out of her way to assist me as speedy as possible. There for Greenstone branch deserves a 5 star rating all because of Portia. I received Outstanding service from Portia. I wish all telkom shops could learn from her what customer service is. I would always recommend family and friends to you and your shop. Thank you Portia

Horrible service, took a week and still no feedback on my upgrade. Then whilst speaking to the consultant, she dropped the call. Would never use them again and will definitely stop using Telkom.

These people don't answer the phone. Telkom should be informed that these guys are so not interested in sales or upgrades or anything work related. Maybe they are bored. Get some motivated people pls.

no help from staff whatsoever, I have spent 2 days trying to port a number from mtn to telkom with no success.i have called 5 times today with no answer.

Waiting almost 1 month to upgrade my Contract but the Store never has stock and no one can tell when stock is arriving. I used to like this store but looks to me like the owner doesn't know how to run a business if they have no idea when stock is arriving.

The technician was wonderful and patience was a virtue. It took forever to get through to someone who new what they were doing. He repeatedly had to wait for a connection and then get moved on to someone else!! He was here at 8 o'clock and left at 14.00 hrs!! For me to get a technical support and assistance was also a nightmare!! So you need to smarten up or you will loose client base and good technicians!! I rate it 1 percent no more!!

Absolutely no service. Terrible branch. I was told to wait for stock after upgrading my contract and moving it to my name just to find out 2 months later that everything was just canceled without being contacted.
